Terms
Absolutus Terms of Service
Effective: August 3, 2026.
Private, self-operated service
Absolutus is a private deployment operated for its Creator’s personal use and for household or room members the Creator explicitly invites. It is not a public software-as-a-service offering, public signup service, or consumer application distribution. These terms describe the conditions for using this specific deployment.
Access
Access is personal, invitation-only, and may be withdrawn by the Creator or by the user at any time. Users must keep their device enrollment and connected-provider access under their control and must not attempt to access another person’s account, private context, credentials, or source material.
Connected services
A user may connect Google, WhatsApp, device calendars, or other supported providers only when authorized to use the relevant account. Provider access remains subject to that provider’s own terms. Each permission is optional and may be denied or revoked; only the dependent Absolutus feature is disabled.
User content and processing
Users retain responsibility for the content they create or connect. They authorize this Absolutus deployment to store, organize, transform, summarize, synchronize, and display that content only as needed to provide the features they enable and as described in the privacy policy. Private source material is not promoted into a shared room without an explicit product action.
Responsible use
Users must not use Absolutus for unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, provider abuse, or attempts to bypass service security or another person’s privacy. Automated suggestions and generated content should be reviewed before relying on them for important decisions or external communication.
Availability and changes
This is a self-operated personal service and may be changed, interrupted, repaired, or discontinued without a commercial service-level commitment. Features may be disabled when a provider permission is absent, a provider is unavailable, or continued operation would risk privacy, security, or data integrity.
Account exit and deletion
Users may disconnect providers, export their account data, leave shared rooms subject to room succession rules, or request account deletion through Absolutus Setup. Disconnecting a provider stops new processing but does not delete content held by that provider. Backup expiry and provider-owned data follow the boundaries described in the privacy policy.
No public license or transfer
Enrollment grants permission to use this deployment only. It does not transfer ownership of Absolutus, its infrastructure, branding, code, service accounts, shared-room calendars, or other users’ content.
Acceptance
Using this deployment after enrollment means accepting these terms and the privacy policy. A user who does not accept them should not connect a provider and should ask the Creator to remove their enrollment.
